Dr Pulley 161301 Clutch & Bell Upgrade for Honda Ruckus

These are built to order. You can get any clutch and bell you like from Stage6 Dr Pulley, Jasil, NCY...you are not charged at time of order. Kits comes with 6gram Dr Pulley Sliders and ETI kevlar Belt

Dr Pulley 161301 and Dr Pulley Clutch Bell plus torque plates with clutch installed plus a small spacer that is put on last before bell to capture the complete pads. Simple install by removing your entire clutch and replacing with this unit. Clutch set up is a custom built by Scootertronics only intense research has been done and is still happening, after the use of Polini springs plus Malossi springs made just for Ruckus we are now in the process of testing NCY torque driver plate for even more fine tuning.

We do suggest adding a torque spring from Polini which is correct length for Ruckus and 6/6.5 Dr Pulley slider roller weights for best performance. This set has been tested is on explained on Total Ruckus forum by our customers.

Special order only comes with new torque plates to mount new type of clutch as in Dr Pulley, the stock set up does not allow for simple clutch exchnage so you must add torque plates from Jog transmission.

We will send you the complete set up already installed on torque plates ready to go with spacer. Slide yours off slide this one on. We do any clutch for Honda Ruckus from Prodigy to Polini plus NCY clutches no problem.

We do have spacers and can install these at our shop and they do a great job, this is best upgrade for Honda Ruckus.

The Dr Pulley 161301 clutch can be added to any 50cc scooter engine using either Piaggio, Honda or Yamaha designed engines with these types of splines, when using for Yamaha or two stroke a different bell is used for spline matching.
