This kit is for vertical engine on older Zumas 1998-2001
Athena 70cc Cylinder Kit Two Stroke for Yamaha Zuma as well as many other chinese made scooters such as Vento, Strada and as well as others. You will need to buy a piston kit with 12mm wrist pin because the kit comes with 10mm pin. This features an aluminum cylinder with nickel carbide plated bore. All kits have cylinder, head, piston assembly with rings and wrist pin circlips plus reeds for intake and of course gaskets. For 2009 we have added an air filter and jet to round off this kit for complete upgrade. 47.6mm bore gives you 72cc of pure power, remember you will need more air and gas to get the full effect. The older Zumas have manual choke and more room for high performance carbs and air filters. An OKO 21mm manual choke carb fits right no problem with just about any high performance air filter you would like and we still like the EMGO high performance chrome cone filters. You also have to remember a different pipe would be used also.
