answering my stupid questions. Provided great recommendations based on my
intended usage. Good communications throughout.
Price is as good or better than I could get from a brick-and-mortar
store. Purchase was simple, but like most people I dont like to part with
that much cash all in one whack.
I was very pleased and surprised to find out that what the site touts
as a remote starting capability is actually an alarm system - with a
remote starting capability. Nice touch on something where my biggest fear
is having it stolen. I would play up that feature on the scooters
description on the site.
Delivery was painless.
Highly recommended. I know who Im going to contact when I need parts.
Now about those performance modifications..... ;)

Body: To begin with; their internet sight was beautifully laid-out, with perceptible photos and comprehensive descriptions. Upon calling, I was pleasantly suprised to find (and without a hold) that I was speaking with the proprietor (or I percieved him to be proprietor), who answered my questions pleasantly, patiently and informatively. On subsequent calls, I found this condition to be the norm. The order was quickly filled and shipped as promised, however, my heart sank when I arrived at the dock to receive my goods,and to see that there was abuse and damage, and I felt as though there would be a messy, timely wrangle to rectify the situation. But; I found the shipping company and the retailer (again) to be very understanding, and promising as to relieving the problem. A commitment to send replacement parts has been made, and if the past is any indication of the future, Ill have a whole item within days. I would not discourage prospective buyers from using this business.

Body: This scooter is pretty cool. You get what you pay for. It does not compare to higher priced models but it is great. My wife loves this scooter. I have a fuel injected Peugeot. The quality is much better on it but I paid about three times as much. This Geely is defintely faster. I cannot keep up with it. If you want a good scooter cheap, this is a good choice.

I highly recommend Scootertronics! I was a little scared at first since the item I bought was $1,00.00 and I had it shipped to my daughter in another state, but the worry was in vane. I purchased the Geely Falcon 18, the transaction was quick, the information I asked for was timely and accurate. And the product was great.
My only glitch in the whole process had nothing to do with Scootertronics, it had to do with the shipping. Somehow in transit the package was damaged. I would not accept delivery, and promptly called Mike at Scootertronics. He was a professional, he reassured me that he would do what was necessary to satisfy the customer. Within a week he had the problem resolved and a new scooter sent out.
What a great way to be treated, he gave personal attention with phone calls & emails. I was kept informed and up to date of the whole process.

Every queation I ask the merchant was answered within a few hrs. In the state I live in the DOT requires an MCO or MSO for a tag. Mike has that on the way now. Great scooter at a great price!!

I am a shopper and searched several web sites for a Geely Scooter.
Price was important as well as product identification and availability.
Scootertronics was very responsive to all of my emails before I even
purchased the scooter. I wanted a certain color - it wasnt in stock so he
got on the phone immediately with me. We talked and scrolled the
internet photos to see the items available for immediate deliverty. The
merchant also emailed me their own users manual they created for
troubleshooting, assembly, delivery, etc. It is something they created themselves
for consumers buying their Geely scooters and contained informative
photos, and general answers and questions. It was extremely thorough as to
types of tools necessary down to recommended oils and what to expect
when first starting up the scooter. Since the product comes from China,
this manual they created was extremely helpful and very necessary. I was
impressed with their knowledge and their service and would hi!

Recently recieved my Retro Turbo scooter and this thing blast down the road. This scooter is so fast compared to my chain driven scooters I have be sure not to get stopped for going over 30.
