Same day pick up or delivery of in stock scooters parts and everything we have in our retail store.* Scooters are delivered free door-to-door completely "Ready-to-Ride". All scooters are assembled prepped and road tested before delivery. We will contact you with delivery info within 48hrs-72hrs after ordering. There will be additional shipping charges for scooters and all heavy and/or bulky large items West of MS. These states include but not limited to HI, AL, CA, NM, NV,WA and OR. Plus all Canada orders have extra charges which we will contact you once order is placed All SALES ARE FINAL. There are no returns on scooters, go carts, or ATVs due to shipping expenses. Free Shipping does not apply to scooters, go carts or ATVS not are assembled and prepped at your shop and delivered outside our local area 50 miles. We do ship scooters to Hawaii and Alaska. Please call to obtain quote. We can arrange this, it's easy to ship out to you. Scootertronics offers email and phone support for all our scooters. With the addition of a full time shop and retail location we are able to better serve internet purchases as well as local pick ups on all our scooters. Because our tech preps and services scooters daily, we can offer technical help to all customers. Scootertronics and its Distributors reserve the right to change any description or specs without notice. This is only due to manufacturers changing colors and specs with informing us or supplying new pics. This rarely happens. When buying scooters, go carts and ATVs please know your state laws. This is completely up to you and not Scootertronics. Although we know most they are always changing we will assit you in getting correct info. Buyer acknowledges that he or she is qualified to operate this product, and is in proper physical condition to participate in such activities. The buyer also agrees to assume all risks when operating or allowing others to operate his or her product. If the buyer does not feel capable of operating the product, he or she must find professional training for such activities. Shipping Policy The company policy is to process all orders within 2-3 business days before shipping. There can be unexpected delays with manufacturers and distributors which can add time to shipping and delivery time. We will email you if there will be a delay or with stock issues. Please be aware parts and service for chinese scooters is still evolving with all the different makes and models parts can be difficult at times. All parts and accessories ship via the USPS or UPS and are shipped within 24-48 business hours when in stock, we will contact if your order is not in stock with shipping time. All scooter accessories have their own shipping rates which are applied (you choose) at check out. Free shipping on orders over $99 dollars. Also if you are in a remote area and US Priority Mail can not be used due to size and weight of item there are extra charges ie: exhaust pipes shipping to ND, SD, UT, OR, WA, HI, AL and some other areas on the West coast and North West US for all products that can not ship USPS like trunks and exhaust pipes. Billing Policy When ordering your scooter, parts, or accessories, your credit card is not charged until we know your item is available and when it will ship. If your item is not in stock we will email with time of delivery. Return Policy Any returns for defective parts or products must have a RMA issued within 14 days to return for credit or replacement. You must contact us in writing within three days. 30 percent restocking fee on any return products. There are no returns of scooters, go carts or atvs. NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS NO RMA number, no return, no refund, or credit or replacement. Please do not buy our products with intent on using and returning. Helmets cannot be returned, only exchanged. Cannot be resold - are not considered new.
