This cylinder head is taller than the most GY6 150 engines which is why it is for GY6B model engines used in scooters with 16 inch wheels and some 150 Kymco engines. Has more cooling fins is easy way to tell or measure head at 73mm.

Please measure your head if unsure, The Znen models from Puma, Gorillia, Sunny Sports use this head while most have the larger 145 - 16 inch wheels thats the biggest clue here.
