Custom Header Pipes with exhaust wrap, mounting hardware are produced for each customer. Header pipe will depend on exhaust used from EMGO, Helix Pipe or Two Bros. There quite a few others that are round or oval. The Two Bros is most expensive but gives the best performance and sound. The Helix puts out a clean low tone without backfire and the EMGO is just loud with performance in torque and low end.

Custom header will be needed if you do NOT have header from a previous upgrade. Stock Headers do not work.

Scootertronics and Straight Up Performance make custom headers per order if needed. These are made fro stainless steel than wrapped with exhaust wrap for best heat transfer for top performance. The EMGO and Helix exhaust slip on with reducer to 1.5 inch.

The EMGO Reverse Megaphone and Helix Megaphone are 17" and 22" are a perfect fit for an exhaust that will install on CF Moto V3 and V5 motorcycles all years. We hope to see the new CF Moto V5 in 2014. The Cruze V9 popped up in 2012 and is exported to several countries but the US. The CF Moto V9 has been designed and built so we will see in spring of 2014.

The Helix Megaphone is not as loud as the EMGO. These pipes are used on all types of motorcycles from 250cc - 500cc. The Cleveland Cyclewerks Motorcycles also have these install as a basic need to do upgrade. Install the EMGO or Helix frees up your exhaust to add performance. A 30 or 32 manual choke carb fro Keihin or Mikini is suggested for complete upgrade along with cold air intake or UNI Dual Layer Air Filter or a Genuine K&N. If you already have had a MRP pipe installed on you V3 or V5 the EMGO and Helix pipes slip right on. Spacer rings are included.

These pipes do NOT fit and stock headers. The stock headers and complete exhaust system needs to be removed along with extra EGR gear. Plates can be made or bought to plug and air inlets or outlets. I suggest taking off all EGR equipment for a better running bike. It only gets clogged and causes all kinds of problems that can not be solved.

The CN250 engine used in these automatic motorcycles is straight from the Honda Helix 250. Very well made engine that last when taken care of correctly.

The main purpose of installing a new performance exhaust is the gain of horsepower and torque. By getting the correctly flow of air through velocity of air with fuel mixture in and out will ensure the best performance.
