Scootertronics offers a Limited Parts and Labor Warranty on all of our products including scooters, parts and accessories along with go carts and ATVs. There is a limited warranty on all high performance parts which are intended to be just that high performance parts. Please make sure before buying these parts they will work on your scooter.
There is no warranty on electrical parts nor returns on an opened electrical part. WE can not do this, too many people have abused this over the years. Ask us we will tell what is correct and what to do.
There is only a warranty if there is a deffective part.
Racing parts do not have a warranty any where else so please do not except us to refund you after you installed a high performance part and it broke due to poor install.
We will only issue store credit on returns that are not deffective and returned because of customer mistake or ordering wrong parts. We will refund if we have made a mistake or replace part.
WE will not give a refund on used parts or on parts that are opened, have dirt or grease on them, have been handled in any way and can not be resold as new. This means if you would not accept it as new then no refund is issued.
We have to be very strong about this too many people are taking advantage of us because they order wrong parts then want us to refund for their mistake.
We will help anyone no problem and have been doing it for a long time. I personally help so many people over the years most know me and ask for me personally.
We will help not just throw parts at you.
Warranty periods are from one year to two years depending on scooter purchase. See description for each scooter.
Normal Warranty Period for Scooters is One Year 2000 miles.
Local sales labor at Scootertronics plus each scooter manufacturer gas warranty also, Keeway and CF Moto offer 2 year.
Sites that offer longer warranty periods and higher mileage are fooling you, most have not been around as long as the warranty they offer, please consider when purchasing a low priced scooter that is not local to you and drop-ships a box of parts for you to assemble and cross your fingers it starts.
Scootertronics does have shops we work with across the US at this time. Since we have been around for over 6 years we have built up many shops who can work on your scooter.
Please also know your state laws before purchasing and you understand on how to get tags and your state does not have restrictions.
All scooters have a labor warranty along as they are brought to us for service and all warranty work to be performed is done by Scootertronics. Scootertronics offers a one hour labor fee for any outside worked performed by a mechanic who is qualified to work on scooters. This is only offered when you are unable to bring scooter to us and of course all parts covered are shipped to repair facility doing work. At times defective parts are to be returned before new ones are sent. If not please return defective parts after installing new ones.
Parts, Accessories have a warranty for defectives only. When buying parts please make sure you are buying correct ones for your scooter and it is the part that needs replacing. There is a 30% restocking fee for all parts returned. There is neither a warranty nor returns for electrical parts. If you think a part is defective it can be returned with RMA call first and once we receive it we will inspect and inform you of our findings and take necessary action. Other than electrical parts.
High Performance parts carry only a defected part warranty. Some high performance parts will require mods done to your scooter or go cart before installing but most are bolt on and work for most models.
We have tested our high performance parts for scooters to get the most out of a slow Chinese scooter or for the better quality Taiwanese made which the Chinese brands are catching up. We also do not brand a scooter and simply tell you what they really are unlike all the sites who say this is our designed scooter which it is not.
The following normal wear parts are specifically excluded from warranty coverage:
Warranty covers lubricated parts of the engine only.
Scooters have One Year 2,000 mile Limited Parts and Labor Warranty when serviced at scootertronics. Parts only serviced anywhere esle up to 1,000 miles.
The Scootertronics' warranty covers factory defects only. We do not cover misuse or broken parts caused by the user, shipping, transit damage, or by any other event. Scootertronics requires parts to be shipped back to our warehouse before replacing parts under warranty. Return shipping costs to Scootertronics are paid by the customer.
Scootertronics is not responsible for the improper use of merchandise sold. We care about our customers and urge you to exercise caution and take the necessary safety measures to protect yourself while riding any Scootertronics scooters.
If you have a problem, just check with us to see if a replacement part can covered by our warranty by contacting us right away by phone or e-mail.
Batteries are covered for the first 30 days only.
Warranty does not cover misuse when ridden hard and not breaking scooter plus not taking care of the scooter.
We ask that all warranty claims be resonable and we will do our part. Scootertronics does not cover shipping damage under our warranty, all scooters are delivered by professionals so we except no damage but mistakes do happen that are beyond our control. Point out any damage to driver and we will handle from our end.
All SALES ARE FINAL there are no returns on scooters go carts or ATVs due to shipping expenses. Any returns for defective parts or products must have a RMA issued within 3 days to return for credit or replacement.

Warranty is Void
THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT USE A PROFESSIONAL MECHANIC (ENGINE REPAIR SHOP, MOTORCYCLE SHOP, OR AUTO REPAIR SHOP) OR AN AUTHORIZED Scootertronics shop for any repairs, just call us and we will speak with shop. Proof of this is required for warranty claims.
DAMAGE IS CAUSED BY AN ACCIDENT. CUSTOMER FAILS TO FOLLOW THE MINIMUM MAINTENANCE AND BREAK-IN REQUIREMENTS SUGGESTED BY THE MANUFACTURER, AND FAILS TO PROVIDE PROPER SERVICE DOCUMENTS. THE DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT IS CAUSED DURING SHIPPING. PRODUCT IS USED IN A MANNER WHICH IT WAS NOT DESIGNED FOR. THE PRODUCT IS MODIFIED IN ANYWAY. THE PRODUCT IS USED IN RENTAL OR COMMERCIAL BUSINESS
