Air Intake with Velocity at 48mm PWK carbs Mikuni TM Series plus CVK at 50mm

Tuning your carb can be difficult at times with just jets and standard air filters. At times you also limited in what air filter can be used due to space. This has been a problem in my shop as well.

The air velocity is important. The length of the air intake will make a difference and could just what you needed, it has worked for my shop many times.

The air intake tube allows for install in tight spaces when adding a PWK carb or TM series. the 48mm intake allows for downward angle with velocity stack added to correct air flow that works.

Please call with any questions. This will help fix bogging problems as well as space problems. On the CCW motorcycles Heist 250 does respond well but only with larger carbs such as a Flat Slide carb at 30mm - 32mm plus TM Series.
