The V9 Retro has front and rear disc brakes for added stopping power with easy to change brake pads. With 12 inch wheels you get a stable ride with comfort from an upgarded seat along with aluim floor boards. Extras as remore start and alarm come in handy. With the gas savings of riding a scooter and the benifits of ready to ride delivery you can get riding the day you receive scooter. MCO for tags is mailed when scooter ships.
