Returns/Exchanges We are all human. Mistakes remind us of that when they happen. Scootertronics strives for 100 percent customer satisfaction. Bad news spreads 100 times faster in the connected world much faster than good news. Occasionally there are situations when a customer is unsatisfied due to internet problems, miscommunications, stock issues, backorders, shipping problems and plain old mistakes that humans make everyday. All returns must have a RMA number. Customers must notify Scootertronics within 3 days of receiving the product by email info@scootertronics.com. Product must be received in 7 business from date of notice of intent to return. You may also call @ 301 576 1874 Returns for credit only. Defects are given consideration for a full refund after we inspect upon return. All returns must be shipped to Scootertronics 6500 Milstead Rd Indian Head, MD 20640 Do not return products to any other address or without an RMA Number, this is an easy policy so all internet business here too. Customers must get a RMA number before shipping products back. A return address will be given at this time. Do not return to sender. There is a 20 percent restocking fee. Products must be in unused condition with all tags, manuals, packaging. This means in resell condition just like if you were buying it. Return shipping is customers responsibility. Any credit or refunds will be handled after the product is returned and inspected. Fair and reasonable is all we ask. Each case is handled individually.
